CHRISTMAS IN HUDSON
A few months after I started working on this Hudson residential project, my client requested that I decorate their new home for the holidays. About one year later, with my small team of decorating elves in tow, I began the mammoth task of making this fabulous home even more fabulous for its first Christmas.
For the formal dining room, which guests see upon entering the home, I decided to go “Victorian Glamour,” with lots of silver, white and sparkle. And whimsy.
And here’s the rest of the house looking very elegant and festive as well:
CONTEMPORARY ART
I recently befriended a painter through one of my projects: Frank Caracciolo (with that name I guess he had no choice but to become an artist).
We hit it off from the get go as we sat in Starbucks and I knew I’d found a kindred spirit when he showed me photos of his home made prosciutto on his Iphone and I showed him my homemade biscotti on mine.
In addition to being a successful abstract painter, Frank also collaborates with Montreal fashion designer, Amabile, who creates fashion using Frank’s artwork. Check out their recent fashion video and clothing line below:
