INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is for the designer and client to meet face-to-face and for me to determine your budget, needs and the scope of work to be done and answer any questions about the renovation process in general. It will also allow me to visit your home to get an idea of your lifestyle and general style. From there we can discuss style direction based on what you have in mind, photos you may have seen on my website or magazine clippings. I will also measure the space, take the appropriate photographs and review my monthly invoicing procedure at this time. This consultation normally takes 1-2 hours and is available at a flat rate of $175.

“I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START” CONSULTATION

If you would like to make changes in your home but don’t know where or how to start, I can meet with you to determine a plan of action. We can look at what you like, what you don’t like, what you can change now and what will have to wait till later. We can even rearrange your furniture and artwork on the spot for an instant facelift. These consultations are available at an hourly rate.
