DESIGN PLANS

Based on your Initial Consultation (and any subsequent meetings) to determine your budget, the look you want and the functionality you need, I will put together a design plan that includes: budget, layout, custom cabinetry, appliances, flooring, tiles, tops, hardware, lighting, window treatments, furniture, artwork and accessories. Basically everything AND the kitchen sink.

ELEVATIONS & 3-D PLANS

Working with a professional architectural technologist and/or a professional kitchen cabinet maker, I will provide you with the types of plans you need to visualize your project before it starts.

SOURCING

Then you can hand it over to me and I will source everything for you from my established suppliers. I’ll give you the final say from a short list of items I’ve sourced and then ensure that everything is ordered and delivered on time. I will also handle any problems or trouble-shooting to ensure that your renovation is as stress-free as possible.

COORDINATE WITH CONTRACTOR

Using one of my experienced contractors or the contractor of your choice, I will make sure that he is aware of everything related to your project. I will coordinate the contractor’s visit to your home and discuss the scope of the job for a quotation. Prior to the start of the project, I will provide him with a complete design summary, communicate with him on a regular basis and make site visits as needed.
