Complete home renovation or new construction

Whether you are renovating or building your dream house from scratch, everything should be beautiful, comfortable and, of course, fit. RMI will create cohesive interiors (and exteriors) for every new room in your house, condo or cottage. From kitchen and bathroom designs, to furniture (including custom) and window treatments, lighting and decor, etc, we work with the builder/contractor and oversee the final on-site set up.

Partial renovation 

If you are updating your furniture and decor and have three rooms or more, RMI will ensure everything works together with your existing design and budget. Also perfect for home staging or your first apartment (gift certificates available).

Refresh/home staging

We all need a change sometimes and the good news is that you do not necessarily have to start over. A quick refresh goes a long way. I will meet with you in your home for 2-3 hours and show you how you can update (or sell) your space without replacing big items and give you a list of small items to purchase to complete the makeover (staging). It's fun, easy and won't break the bank. This can be done virtually as well.

Downsizing design

When you are downsizing to a smaller home or condo, it can be overwhelming. Where do you start? What do you keep?  I can help you by doing an inventory of your current belongings and creating a design plan for your new home. Sometimes it's better to keep, other times it is better to reupholster or replace. You don't want to erase your previous life in your new space but at the same time, you want a fresh start. Let's talk and make it an exciting and stress-free transition.

Virtual design

Virtual design has never been easier with photos, emails, video calls and online shopping. Whether you are 100 km or 10,000 km away, I can transform your living space without ever having to leave my office. Same process except that you will do the onsite set up with my guidance.
