These clients are in full nesting mode and this is the first of three bathrooms to be renovated before their first baby arrives this summer.
Everything was renovated with the exception of the bathtub which was in perfect condition. A fresh white vanity with engineered marble counter, undermount sink, new mirror and lighting completely transform the space.

SHOWER/LAUNDRY ROOM GETS SPA TREATMENT

This bathroom was really small and really outdated. In this case, I couldn’t make it bigger - but I could make it better. The entire room was stripped and a new corner shower, toilet and wall-mounted vanity were selected in a sleek and modern style. And the new light fixture works in harmony with the rectangular sink.
